All of the stories presented have two common points as they each:
•Describe a real event or refers to an actual situation encountered during Dr. Maddalena’s career supporting executives in transition.
•Published in print or on an established web blog or e-magazine hosted by a major University, Executive Coaching site, or Human Resources Development organization.
